Gil Subski Area Scouting Supervisor Baltimore Orioles

Kubski has been a major league scout for 12 years and a full-time scout for the Baltimore Orioles for the past four years, covering all of Southern California. For the past eight years, Kubski coached many of the best professional and college prospects in Southern California on the Baltimore Orioles fall development team. He was a minor league coach for the Chicago Cubs' Appalachian League affiliate from 1990-92. Kubski played professionally for eight seasons, mostly with the California Angels. He played in the major leagues for the Angels in 1980 and was the Angels first-round draft pick in 1975 out of Cal State Northridge.
